Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Molto’s website, application, recording tools and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

1. About Molto and this agreement

Molto is a trading name of SAASFLOW OÜ, an Estonian private limited company, registration number 16834664. Our registered office is Jõe tn 3-308, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10151, Estonia. Our contact email is [email protected].

A separately agreed order form or written agreement may set additional terms for your subscription. If it expressly conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the relevant matter. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. A data processing agreement governs processing on your behalf where applicable. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the users you invite to your workspace.

Workspace administrators manage membership and access to workspace content. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or another person’s permissions. We may require reasonable verification to protect accounts and recover access.

3. What the service provides

Molto helps you record or import media, edit videos, generate narration and captions, create translations, and publish, embed or download videos. Features may include AI processing, avatars, chapters and viewing statistics. Availability, formats, quotas and processing limits depend on your plan and the options shown in the product.

We may maintain, improve or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific processing time or compatibility with every device or third-party service. Where a change materially reduces a paid service during an agreed subscription period, your agreement and applicable law determine your remedies.

4. Your content and recording permissions

You retain the rights you have in recordings, media, scripts and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, copy, process, transform and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, carry out your instructions and make it available to the people you choose. This permission is limited to those purposes and applicable retention obligations.

You must have the rights, notices and permissions needed to record screens, meetings, voices and faces; upload or edit media; and publish the resulting video. Respect copyright, confidentiality, privacy and publicity rights. Do not capture sensitive information or another person’s communications without a lawful basis and any required consent.

You control your publishing choices. A shared link or embedded video may reach people beyond your intended audience, and recipients may retain copies. Review content and sharing settings before publishing. Keep independent copies of material you cannot afford to lose.

5. AI-generated content

AI features process the inputs you submit to generate or modify content. Outputs can contain errors, misleading statements or unintended similarities to other material. Review outputs, translations, captions and pronunciations before relying on or publishing them. AI outputs are not professional advice.

You may use outputs as allowed by these terms, applicable law and any feature-specific terms presented to you. We do not claim ownership of your content merely because you use our AI tools. We cannot guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights.

Do not impersonate someone, clone a voice or likeness without permission, create deceptive endorsements or remove disclosures required by law. Third-party providers may be involved in delivering AI features; relevant additional conditions will apply where disclosed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Molto for unlawful content, exploitation, harassment, fraud, malicious software or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt infrastructure, attempt to obtain other customers’ content, resell unauthorized access or use the service to evade usage limits.

You may report suspected unlawful content or misuse to [email protected]. Include a link or other location, the reason for your report and enough information for us to investigate. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations, and provide notice or an opportunity to respond where required and appropriate.

7. Plans, charges and cancellation

If you choose a paid plan, its price, currency, billing period, included usage, taxes and renewal terms are those shown at checkout or in your order form. You authorize the agreed charges through the payment method or provider used at purchase. We will identify material price changes before they take effect as required by your agreement and applicable law.

Where a subscription renews automatically, you can cancel renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless your order or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by the terms disclosed at purchase and mandatory law.

Free access, trials and credits may have limits or expiry dates disclosed in the product. Do not assume that unused credits carry over unless your plan says so. Failure to pay undisputed overdue charges may lead to restriction or suspension after appropriate notice.

8. Our intellectual property and third-party services

Molto’s software, branding and service materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to access and use the service for its intended purpose during your permitted access. This does not transfer ownership of the platform or authorize copying or distributing it, except where the law permits.

External services, media and integrations may have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your use of those services. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee that an integration will remain available.

9. Confidentiality and personal information

Each party must use the other’s non-public business information only to perform this agreement and protect it with reasonable care. Disclosure is permitted to authorized personnel and providers who need it and are bound by suitable duties, or where legally required. This duty does not cover information that is public without breach, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere.

You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of personal information in your content. Where Molto processes personal information on your behalf, contact us to arrange the applicable data processing terms. Publicly sharing content is an instruction to make it accessible under the sharing settings you select.

10. Suspension, termination and your data

You can stop using Molto and request account closure at [email protected]. Closing an account does not cancel amounts already due. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, serious misuse, security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix a breach.

After termination, access to the service and shared videos may end. Export content you need before closing your account. You can contact us about data retrieval or deletion; the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and law govern retention and assistance. We do not promise indefinite storage after access ends.

11. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law and subject to any express written commitments, the service and AI outputs are provided without additional warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed results.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under this agreement for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

12. Governing law and disputes

Estonian law governs this agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a dispute. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections of the law where you habitually live and any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another court still apply.

13. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes as required by law or your agreement. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept a change, stop using the affected service and contact us about your subscription options.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination continue, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property, confidentiality and applicable liability limits.

Send legal notices and questions to [email protected] or our registered address. We may contact you using the email associated with your account.
